At Class A License Pro, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), we specialize in Responsible Manager (RM) Compliance Advisorship for the Virginia Class A Contractor licensing framework. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our potential and existing clients, particularly Virginia consumers under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA).

We collect information only necessary to evaluate your eligibility for our services through our lead intake and onboarding forms, including:

• Business Context: Information about your entity status, business goals, and current licensing standing.

Your data is used strictly for the following purposes:

• Pre-Qualification: To determine if your business is eligible for RM Compliance Advisorship.
• Service Delivery: To facilitate official filings with the Virginia SCC or DPOR if you enter into a Written Service Agreement.
• Direct Communication: To respond to your inquiries regarding licensing frameworks.

3. No Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with outside lead placement networks, marketing firms, or third-party advertisers. Your information is treated as proprietary and confidential.

If you sign an agreement with us, we may disclose your information to the Virginia State Corporation Commission (SCC) or the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) only as required to complete your official licensing filings.

4. Your VCDPA Rights

As a Virginia resident, you have specific rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to Access: You can request to see what data we hold about you.
• Right to Correct: You can ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Right to Delete: You can request that we delete your PII if we no longer have a legal basis to retain it.
• Right to Opt-Out: We do not engage in targeted advertising or profiling for significant legal effects via automated processing.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We maintain a "Privacy-First" posture. Lead data that does not result in a signed Service Agreement within a reasonable timeframe is periodically cleared from our temporary intake systems to ensure minimal data exposure.
