Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 20, 2026
By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully to understand the boundaries of our professional role and your responsibilities as a user or prospective client.
1. Professional Role & Service Scope
Class A License Pro, LLC provides Responsible Manager (RM) Compliance Advisorship. Our service is strictly limited to providing the strategic framework, regulatory oversight, and qualifying credentials required for Virginia Class A Contractor licensure. We do not provide "Qualified Individual" (QI) services for specific trades, nor do we perform daily project management or operational construction activities.
2. No Attorney-Client Relationship
While we provide guidance based on the Virginia DPOR Regulatory Framework and Virginia Contractor Law (Title 54.1, Chapter 11), we are Compliance Advisors and licensing specialists. We are not attorneys. No information provided on this website or during initial consultation constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by your use of this site.
3. Lead Submission & Relationship Initiation
Submitting a lead through our "Short Form Intake" or "Onboarding" tools does not create a client relationship or a contractual obligation. We reserve the right to decline services for any reason during the pre-qualification phase.
A professional relationship is only established upon the execution of a formal Written Service Agreement signed by both parties.
4. Proprietary Framework
The methodologies, checklists, and compliance workflows discussed on this site are the proprietary property of Class A License Pro, LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or use of these professional strategies for competitors or third-party licensing aims is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Class A License Pro, LLC assists in achieving and maintaining licensure, but the ultimate responsibility for field safety, project execution, and financial performance remains with the client-entity. We are not liable for any construction-related claims or external business losses.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Richmond, Virginia.
